All Sales Are Final

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Once your order has gone into production or the preorder window has ended, cancellations, refunds, and returns are no longer accommodated. 

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. 

Once your order has gone to production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. 

For preorders, changes and cancellations are not possible after the preorder window has ended. 

Donations and Tips Policy

Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it. 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (flat surface, good lighting, tag visible). Please take photos on a well-lit flat surface, with the tag and issue clearly displayed. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, provided the issue is verified.

Any refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Sizing issues are not eligible for returns or refunds, so please review sizing information carefully before ordering.

Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered, including packages delivered to the incorrect address. Responsibility for these issues falls with the shipping carrier, and any claims must be handled directly through them.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order, as it cannot be changed once shipped. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

Cancellations by the Seller

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be issued a full refund.
